Abstract: In this paper, a new way for eliminating the emissivity uncertainty by constructing a cavity on the measured surface to get a grey surface is proposed, and the affection to its realization as parameters changing in some extend is also discussed. Radiation temperature measurement method is an important use of radiation theorem in industry. It overcomes the shortages of contact method and brings many advantages into temperature measurement technology. But the uncertainty of emissivity of the measured surface has disturbed people who use this method and limited its wider application. The ways of solving this problem may be divided into two groups: One is constructing a black body cavity on the measured surface. Pre-reflector method is a well-known example first proposed by Drury in 1951, and then became a product put into the market up to mow by Land Lid. The peeping tube in industrial furnace and high temperature sapphire fiber sensor, pronounced by NBS of USA are some other examples using this way. The other way is to use multi-waveband method. It is expected that the emissivity effects would be cancelled automatically when solving the temperature result. Two color thermometry is a well-known method of this kind of method. But it is valid only in some particular situation. It is still an active problem even in famous temperature symposium such as” Temperature, its measurement and control in industry and science” held in Canada last year. A new way for elimination of emissivity uncertainty is proposed in this paper. The principle of this new way can be concluded that, constructing a cavity on the measured surface make it has a grey surface radiation, then measure the temperature of this surface by two color method. It is the synthesis of the above two ways. As we know that the responsibility of the two-color method is uninfluenced by the emissivity of grey body, so that the key point is the realization of grey surface, and the degree of complexity to realize it. Both theory analysis and experiments are presented.

Abstract: In this paper the radiation low temperature measurement with the special optical quartz fiber bundle is researched. An end of the optical fiber bundle is circular, another end of the optical fiber bundle is rectangular, for the coupling efficiency between the optical fiber bundle and the target and between the optical fiber bundle and the detector is enhanced. The theory research demonstrates that the radiation power received and guided by the optical fiber bundle does not depend on the directly coupled distances, which makes this thermometer very convenient for using and calibrating. The temperature measurement range 150 degrees Celsius to 600 degrees Celsius is realized at present.

Abstract: The quartz optical fiber bundle sensor for the image processing and temperature measurement is consisted by a number of optical subfiber bundles, each optical sub fiber bundle is consisted by tow optical fibers. One optical fiber in all subfiber bundles are then bundled up for the image transportation and another optical fiber in all sub fiber bundles are then bundled up for the image processing and the temperature measurement, and the temperature field of the whole image can be obtained by the image processing. The direct coupling theory between the optical fiber bundle and the measured target is studied in this paper. Our theory and experiment research proved that the target power transported by the optical fiber bundle does not depend on the coupling distance between the target and the optical fiber bundle, and does not depend on the coupling angle between the target surface normal and the axis of the end surface of optical fiber bundle when this angle is changed between +/- 15 degrees. Hence this instrument utilization and calibration is very easy and convenient. The temperature measurement from 120 degrees C-450 degrees C is realized by this instrument, the image resolution is better than 20pl/mm, the temperature solution is smaller than 0.2 degrees C. This instrument is a very good monitor for the medical surgical operation.

Abstract: The relation between the optical no homogeneity and the birefringence of the edge stress and the end stress is given under the condition of ideal linear anneal in this paper. The optical no homogeneity of 4 glass samples with diameter 565mm and thickness 75mm for OIIC and K508 has been measured, which agrees very well with the calculation results of the calculation method given in this paper. the calculation result precision can reach 1 by 10-6. The complex measurement processes of various interferences measurement methods for optical homogeneity can be omitted. The optical homogeneity calculation method of the large size glass based on simple measurement is given under its linear anneal in this paper, which not only have practical, but also can be widely spread.

This is possible by obtaining optical access to most parts of the engine via a fiber optical image guide. On-line observation of various phenomena is realized by connecting a miniature video CCD camera to the fiber optical image guide. System features are suitable for diesel and gasoline engine, on-line observation and recording, system resolution better than 10pl/mm. This system can be used to observe non- luminous phenomena such as fuel injection of cyclic movement of mechanical parts by the use of a high-power xenon lamp that has the power 350W guided by an optical fiber bundle to the observed target.

Abstract: The new method for determine W(junction width) versus (Neff)-1/2(Neff is effective space charge density) is proposed for precise measurement of built-in potential VD in this paper. It is strictly proved in this paper that hetero-junction built-in potential VD can be calculated from the slope of W-Neff-1/2 curve. At zero bias, the measured VD of a CdS/CuInSe2 hetero-junction was 0.437(V) for sample CIS-1, 0.293(V) for sample CIS-2. Our measurement results demonstrate that illumination does not alter VD but makes the hetero-junction narrower. The built-in potential is an inherent parameter for hetero-junction. Moreover, using W-Neff-1/2 method, the bias effect on the electric characteristic of hetero-junction and other parameters can be researched in detail.

Abstract: The theory and technique of radiation temperature measurement with infrared fiber (bundle) at low temperature were systematically studied when the infrared optical fiber (bundle) was directly coupled with the target surface and the detector. The effective critical angle of the optical fiber was derived. It was proved that with direct coupling, the received and transmitted power of optical fiber (bundle) does not depend on the coupling distance between the target surface and the optical fiber, and does not depend on the collimating angle between the optical fiber and target surface when the coupling collimating angle is changed within ±15°.

Abstract：The transient photoconductivity in a semiconductor Polycrystal thin film has been observed at low temperature. A three dimensions theory model is given in this paper. The theoretical research demonstrates that trapping and recombination of photoexcited carriers is realized by a tunneling effect, which results in the photoconductivity decay. Our experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculated results.

Abstract: The theory and the design of the low temperature radiation thermometer with a special quartz optical fiber bundle in direct coupling mode are studied in this paper. The temperature measurement as low as 120℃ has been realized. Our research demonstrates that the power received and transported by the optical fiber bundle does not depend on the distance between the input end of the optical fiber bundle and the measured target, and does not depend on the included angle between the axis of the optical fiber bundle and the normal of the target surface when this included angle is smaller than ±15℃. Hence the calibration and the application of this instrument are very convenient. It can be widely applied in fields of the industry, the agriculture, the biology and the laser surgical operation. Its temperature resolution is smaller than 0.5℃.

Abstract: This article discusses a kind of Digital Ion Trap Mass Spectrometry. This system is based on the DSP/MCU controllers and a D/A converter and a special transformer and a power amplifier and an avalanche photodetector. It can get a higher precision and very exact voltage for measurement. Because it changes low voltage to ±250V in the end by transformer and no switches to turn on and turn off, therefore there is no EMI/EMC disturbs, and system has a small volume. Abstract: This paper discusses a kind of Nuclear Fusion Reactor, the 4 NFR is equal to 600MWatt or 1,000MWatt generator set. It’s consisted of the two spherical gas storage tanks and metal and concrete shell and electronic control system which has three subsystems, the IR detectors are used to measure temperature, and the main electronic control system use the photodiodes and fiber to communicate with desktop computer. The ratio of the two spherical gas storage tanks volume is exactly, so the main spherical gas storage tank will have the enough pressure to occur the nuclear fusion reaction by charging the pure helium. The electronic valve which connect the main spherical gas storage tank and the sub spherical gas storage tank is controlled by the electronic system with several needed temperature and pressure sensors. The sub spherical gas storage tank will charge one time to the main spherical gas storage tank by the instruct of electronic control system, and the size of the liquid hydrogen that is the nuclear fusion reaction material will be sized exactly to excite the nuclear fusion reaction occurring.
